Locally owned and operated, M&K Dust Control Inc., offers a wide variety of services throughout the year. Fred Meyer, president, has over 25 years of experience applying dust control products for residential and commercial customers in several counties in Eastern Iowa and the surrounding states.

M&K’s commitment to our customers can be seen by our customer service. Our support of Iowa’s natural resources and our preservation of the environment since it started as a small business in the home of Fred Meyer back in 1984. Since that time, the business has grown to a shop and office at the northern edge of Mt Vernon, IA.

In the year 2000, Fred welcomed his daughter, Michele, as his partner to enhance and expand the family owned and operated business.

            We provide dump trucking services in the area for the past 10 years. Through our dump trucking we offer the hauling of black dirt and fill dirt.  We also deliver rock and sand  from the nearby quarries. As a compliment to our hauling, we also can spread any of these products with the use of our loaders. We have the ability to help with any outside home improvement or landscaping need. We also provide snow removal as well as sanding and hauling snow away. Recently we have added three over-the-road semis to our fleet that travel throughout 14 states.

With all the changes this small business has witnessed in the past 25 years, two things have remained certain. M&K Dust Control Inc. is a business that is providing only non-corrosive, environmentally friendly, organic material in an effort to keep our soil as natural as possible. Fred and Michele are also committed to providing quality service to their customers. It is no secret to us that good customers are what keeps our business thriving. There is no job too big or too small for our crew to handle.
